Elevation Is Pride In Action

Whether you're motivated by employee engagement or profits, stakeholder value or customer loyalty, innovation or culture, the conversation ultimately leads to the same place: people.

Elevating LGBTQ+ people strengthens organizations because it strengthens the relationships, cultures, and communities that make performance possible. That's why the Elevation Is Pride In Action infographic goes beyond the traditional business case to explore six distinct but interconnected reasons LGBTQ+ inclusion matters.

Because not everyone is persuaded by the same argument. And they shouldn't have to be.

Methodology
The estimate of 24–31 million LGBTQ+ Americans is derived from Gallup's finding that 9.3% of U.S. adults identify as LGBTQ+, combined with publicly available U.S. Census population estimates. Population estimates vary depending on methodology, reference population, and reporting year. As a result, we use a range rather than a single figure.

The insights presented throughout this infographic draw upon a combination of demographic research, workplace inclusion research, organizational performance research, and Culture + Brand Partners' proprietary frameworks, including The Elevation Ecosystem™.
