Co-Founder & Partner | Author of The Long Work

I’m a Canadian-raised, New York–based strategist who has spent nearly 30 years working at the intersection of culture, leadership, and brand so organizations, leaders, and communities can thrive.

I am Co-Founder and Partner at Culture + Brand Partners, where we help leaders treat culture not as the “soft stuff,” but as strategy. Our work focuses on aligning what organizations say with what they do — challenging shortcuts that compromise trust, building systems where difference fuels innovation, and connecting culture and brand so both deliver lasting impact.

I’m also the author of The Long Work, a Substack publication exploring leadership, culture, and the systems that shape how we work and live. The writing extends the same belief that drives my advisory work: meaningful change rarely comes from quick fixes. It comes from the long work of building trust, relationships, and cultures that endure.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with Fortune 100 companies including P&G and Uber, mission-driven organizations like Patagonia and the Ford Foundation, and global agencies including Ogilvy, Weber Shandwick, and FCB. I previously held senior leadership roles at Catalyst and Out & Equal, where I helped advance initiatives such as MARC (Men Advocating Real Change), Bias Correct, and The Business of Belonging, engaging thousands of leaders through campaigns, coalitions, and convenings designed to drive cultural change.

My work focuses on helping leaders navigate complexity while strengthening the cultures that make progress possible.

Areas of focus include:

• Culture and brand alignment strategies
• Executive thought leadership and leadership narrative
• Purpose-driven communications and storytelling
• Building cultures of belonging, trust, and opportunity

Whether advising leaders during moments of transformation, helping organizations align purpose and performance, or shaping narratives that build trust, my work centers on a simple belief: culture is not a side conversation. It is the strategy.

“Culture change rarely happens in moments. It happens over time.”
